Shipping
Coverage Australia Only We currently ship within Australia only
Delivery Partners Tracked Shippit & Australia Post

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across Australia. All orders are shipped with tracking using trusted carriers such as Shippit and Australia Post. We currently ship within Australia only.

PO Box deliveries
  • Please provide a street address at checkout where possible.
  • Swing Stands cannot be shipped to a PO Box — a physical street address is required for this item.
Section 02
Shipping Timeframes

Standard orders — dispatched within 2–5 business days
We aim to dispatch all parcels with tracking within 2–5 business days of receiving your order.

Special Order items — allow an extra 5–7 business days
Larger or made-to-order products such as Crash Bags and Swing Stands are listed as Special Order. These are handmade to order or may not be held in stock at all warehouse locations, and may require an additional 5–7 business days before dispatch.

Mixed orders
If your order includes a Special Order item, the entire order will generally be shipped together. If you would prefer your standard items sent sooner, please place a separate order for the Special Order item — or contact us if you have already placed a combined order.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, or if any item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the matter quickly.

Change of mind returns
  • We offer an exchange only for change-of-mind returns — no refunds for change of mind.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of the order date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be sent with a tracking number and require a signature upon receipt.
  • Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Hygiene exclusions

Oral / chew products

Earplug products

For hygiene reasons, returns on oral/chew and earplug products are limited to defective items only.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and advising whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refund?
  • First, check your bank account — the credit may not yet be visible.
  • Contact your credit card company — posting times vary by issuer.
  • Contact your bank — there is often a processing period before a refund appears.
