Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, or if any item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the matter quickly.

Change of mind returns
  • We offer an exchange only for change-of-mind returns — no refunds for change of mind.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of the order date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be sent with a tracking number and require a signature upon receipt.
  • Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Non-returnable items

Opened fidget toys

Opened chew & bite toys

Opened squeeze & sensory balls

Opened noise-blocking earmuffs

Once opened and used, sensory toys cannot be returned for change of mind. These items are eligible for return only if they arrive defective or damaged — please contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right.

Section 02
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and advising whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refund?
  • First, check your bank account — the credit may not yet be visible.
  • Contact your credit card company — posting times vary by issuer.
  • Contact your bank — there is often a processing period before a refund appears.
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@theneurocalmcollective.com.au and we will look into it for you.
